Maintenance Detail Programs
We have two quarterly maintenance programs, per any 12 month period
The first maintenance program entails the following:
- We do an initial SILVER DETAIL SERVICE ( very good detail with a Hand Ceramic Application to the full exterior)
- We will contact you approximately three months later and do a Full Bronze Detail for you.
- Approximately three months after that we will contact you again, to set up another SILVER DETAIL SERVICE
- Finally, same process will occur, at which we will finish the program with a final FULL BRONZE DETAIL.
2 ] The second maintenance program mirrors the first maintenance program, however, the very first service in this second package entails not just a SILVER SERVICE as your first visit
-but entails the FULL GOLD DETAIL SERVICE INSTEAD.
After that, the program continues exactly the same.
If and when you enter into any quarterly maintenance program we offer you will
automatically receive "extra services" along the way.
In my mind, you and I will have entered into a contract where it is [ basically :) ] my job to just take care of your vehicle, through spaced out three month service appointments.
If, for example, upon arrival to service your vehicle, you have had milkshake spills all over inside the vehicle, those spills will just be taken care of for you (as part of the service) AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO YOU (normally that would fall under
Extra/ Full Hand Shampoo, for example, if it was a stand alone service)
Or, somewhere since the last service you drove through some construction area and the tar was still wet and got all up near the underside of your vehicle. That to will "just be taken care of", as part of the maintenance service, as well.
Etc., Etc.

A "maintenance program" is just that, to MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE
